DESCRIPTION

·         40 VOLUME CREAM DEVELOPER - This hair bleaching kit lifts hair up to seven levels. A premium hair lightener, this kit prepares your mane for intense Manic Panic hair dye colors.

·         DUST-FREE BLEACH POWDER - The dust-free bleach powder helps to gently prepare hair for intense vivid colors during the lightening process. This hair bleaching kit ensures the hair lifts evenly for results you’ll love.

·         HAIR BLEACH KIT INCLUDES One dust-free bleach powder, one 40 volume cream developer, one mixing tub, one tint brush, one plastic cap, one set of plastic gloves, and instructions for use. PLEASE NOTE: Gloves & Cap are inside the mixing tub.

HOW TO USE?

Open the bleach powder bag and mix one part powder to three parts developer. Mix well using the tint brush provided in the kit.

Your hair should be clean and dry. Comb to remove any tangles. Pull one strand of hair from behind your ear 

Apply the mixture to the hair test strand avoiding direct contact with the scalp, making sure the test strand does not touch the rest of your hair.

Check hair at regular intervals during the development of the process as timing varies according to the degree of the desired lighting.

Check the strand every 10 minutes to evaluate lift. To do so, remove the plastic cap and wipe away the mixture with a damp tissue.

If the hair has not reached the desired level, reapply mixture as before and continue processing. Do not over-bleach.
